Four people were shot in a drive-by shooting at a gathering for a birthday according to an Oklahoma City Police Department spokesperson. A 5-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl were injured in the shooting and taken to the hospital where they were listed as being in a critical but stable condition. Also injured were two men a 20-year-old and a 19-year-old, both were taken to the hospital and treated.The shooting that happened just before midnight Saturday night in the 500 block of Se 69th St. OKCPD reports some of those attending the gathering were members of a gang who had a disagreement with members from a different gang earlier in the day.The Gang Unit of the Oklahoma City Police Department was called to investigate the shooting. A few hours after the shooting two men were arrested and a shotgun was recovered. The suspects Patrick Solis, 27, and Donald Walters, 23, were taken to the Oklahoma County Jail. Solis has been charged with possession of a firearm after former conviction of a felony, and possession of a sawed-off shotgun. Walters, was arrested on a charge of using a vehicle to facilitate the intentional discharge of a firearm, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, possession of marijuana and two alcohol related charges.
