State educators flock to OKC for conference

The three-day Vision 2020 conference plans to bring in thousands of educators from across the state.

The conference, held at the Cox Convention Center, offers learning opportunities, professional development and training for everyone from teachers and school administrators to parents.

Throughout the course of the event, State Supt. of Education Janet Barresi will host an open roundtable discussion with educators, New York Times bestselling author Paul Tough will deliver a presentation, and Scott Barry Kaufman, scientific director of The Imagine Institute, will also be on hand.
