Oklahoma State transfer Anthony Hickey will be able to play for the Cowboys next season. Hickey was granted a waiver by the NCAA to allow him to play instead of having to set out a season like most transfer are required to do. Since LSU had not renewed his schorship the NCAA decided to grant the waiver. Hickey was a three year starter for LSU averaging 8.5 points per game last season. He'll compete for the starting job at OSU and attempt to replace Marcus Smart. OSU also announced they'll play Missouri in Kansas City on Tuesday December 30th at the Sprint Center. No time or television network was announced but the game ie expected to be carried on one of ESPN's networks.
