OKLAHOMA CITY -
Each game in the Oklahoma City-Memphis series has a storyline of its own but the names, Durant, Westbrook and Scott always seem to work their way toward the front. All Star players like Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook almost always impact winning and losing and the same for head coach Scott Brooks but that doesn't mean there aren't other headliners. Coming into the series everyone knew that Memphis' strength was in their big guys, Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol. Randolph averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds during the season. Through four games of their first round matchup with OKC Randolph's rebounding is down to 8.5 and though he's scoring 18 a night his shooting is down to 36 percent. All that is a credit to the big guys playing defense for the Thunder. "They're doing an amazing job. I don't think they're getting the credit they deserve," says Thunder guard Russell Westbrook. "A lot of the attention goes to Kevin and myself but I think those big's, Perk(Kendrick)Serge(Ibaka), Nick(Collison)Stevem(Adams) they're doing the job. Helping us win games. Keeping those big's under control." Those big's will get their next chance Tuesday night in Oklahoma City with the series tied 2-2. Tip-off is 8:00.
