Frankie Tahsequah was arrested Thursday and is accused of offering his 4-year-old son to an adult man for sex.
A Comanche County man is behind bars and accused of offering his four-year-old son to an adult man for sex.
Frankie Tahsequah, 39, of Elgin, was arrested Thursday by the Canadian County Sheriff's Office, part of the OSBI’s Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC) state wide task force.
According to a press release, Tahsequah came under suspicion when he offered the man the chance to have sex with his son online. The message was intercepted by the OSBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Investigators say as they interviewed him, they learned Tahsequah was in possession of child pornography and had been actively trading the material. They also say he had a "long time fantasy of having a sexual relationship with a small child" but claimed he never acted on his desires.
"These monsters will do anything to fulfill their twisted fantasies, and while Tahsequah denies ever having abused a child, it’s only a matter of time until these people act out their fantasy and destroy a child’s life," said Randall Edwards, Canadian County Sheriff.
Tahsequah is in the Comanche County Jail and faces charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Violations of the Computer Crimes Act.
