Edmond police arrest 4 suspects for elderly assault

Posted: Updated:

The Edmond Police Department says it has arrested two additional men wanted in connection to the home invasion and assault of two Edmond grandparents on Tuesday.

Police released the names and pictures of Deontrey "Trey" Lee Davis, 28, and Marcus D. Spicer, 29, Friday afternoon around 3:15. About an hour later, police said both were arrested.

On Tuesday, Edmond police say a woman in her 60's woke up to find her husband, also in his 60's, being assaulted by a group of men in their home. She said she was held at gunpoint while her husband was kicked and punched. Police say the men eventually left but took a wallet and cell phone from the home.

Police said their granddaughter, 14-year-old Jade Nicole Willman, left with the men. On Thursday, the teen, along with another juvenile and an 18-year-old, were located and arrested. Edmond PD will be presenting felony charges of burglary, aggravated assault & battery, and first degree robbery against two juveniles and an adult, 18-year-old Forrest Goble.

An Oklahoma City school was placed on partial lockdown Friday morning as police from Oklahoma City and Edmond searched for two men wanted in connection to the home invasion and assault of two Edmond grandparents.

Edmond Police and Oklahoma City Police were working on a tip that the two remaining suspects were seen near Douglass High School in NE Oklahoma City Friday around 10:00 AM. Oklahoma City Schools Spokesperson Tierney Tinnin said the school was partially locked down for about 45 minutes. Police were unable to locate the suspects and Tinnin said one of them was last seen running south in the area.

The two adults named on Friday are facing charges of felony aggravated assault & battery, first degree robbery, and burglary charges. After Friday morning's incident, police said they'll add obstruction charges as well.
