Michigan gas station employee leaves angry note for manager

Michigan gas station employee leaves angry, viral note for manager

Posted: Updated:

A gas station employee left a note on the front door for his boss and left work. Why? Because he was tired of his supervisor's tardiness.

The note was spotted at a Grand Rapids, Mich. BP station and posted to reddit on Thursday.

The note reads: "Hey boss, Learn to be on time or at least communicate when you are going to be late. +1hr with no phone call is unacceptable. As you can see, the doors are locked and I went home. Fire me if you must, but realize I walked due to YOUR negligence."

The manager, who would not go on camera, told FOX 17 that she was running an hour and a half late because she didn't hear her alarm clock. She also said the third-shift employee never called her or any other employees prior to leaving the note and locking up the store.
