Officials in Pottawatomie County say they arrested one of two suspects wanted for the fatal shooting of a man in Tecumseh Saturday.

Justin Moore was taken into custody Monday night and booked into the Pottowatomie County jail on a complaint of conspiring to commit murder.

Officials say David Woods, Andrea Hollis, and Leslie Kent were backing out of a driveway in the 22500 block of Gaddy Rd. Saturday when Moore and another man, Phillip Shane Pitts, blocked them in with their own vehicle. Authorities say Moore and Pitts climbed out of the truck and opened fire on the vehicle. Officials say the two then sped away from the scene in a 2008 GMC Sierra.

Andrea Hollis was fatally struck by a bullet. The other two victims were also hit by bullets and transported to an Oklahoma City hospital.

Officials say Pitts is still on the run and is considered armed and dangerous.
