Police investigating shooting at northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police are investigating a shooting at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex that sent one man to the hospital Saturday evening.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, officers responded to a possible shooting just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Aspen Way Apartments located in the 8900 block of N. Ollie.

Police say the victim told them he opened the door and was shot twice by an unknown suspect. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. 

Authorities are still searching for a suspect. No other information has been released.
