Oklahoma State University graduate and Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin is very confident in her school and is putting her money food where her mouth is.

Governor Fallin announced Tuesday that she and Missouri Governor Jay Nixon have a wager on the game. Governor Fallin says her Cowboys (#13 in BCS rankings) will beat the Missouri Tigers (#8) or some Oklahoma grown food will go to the Show-Me State.

Both governors are wagering food products from each state. If the Cowboys win, Gov. Nixon will donate a spiral sliced city ham (with homemade honey ham glaze) and a smoked turkey to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. If the Tigers win, Fallin will send 50 pounds of products donated by the Made in Oklahoma Coalition to the Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri.

Fallin graduated from OSU in 1977 and says she's confident the 10-2 Cowboys will be able to corral the former Big 12 foe.

"It is definitely an exciting time for both universities to be playing in a historic bowl game like the Cotton Bowl," Gov. Fallin said. "I appreciate Governor Nixon for showing good sportsmanship by participating in this friendly wager as we continue to raise awareness about hunger in both states. I look forward to the delivery of these goods when the Cowboys win!"

The Cotton Bowl kicks off at 6:30 PM on Friday and can be seen on KOKH-FOX 25.
