Westbrook ready to go

The Oklahoma City Thunder have a big game Wednesday night when the San Antonio Spurs come to Chesapeake Energy Arena.  The Spurs are tied with the Indiana Pacers for the NBA's best record of 13-1.

Needless to say Thunder coach Scott Brooks has major respect for the Spurs, who lost in the NBA Finals last season.

"They're a tough team to matchup with.  They have three point shooters.  They have a high IQ basketball team."

Oklahoma City will have All Star point guard Russell Westbrook back in the lineup.  Westbrook was held out of the Thunder's last game against Utah.  Westbrook and team officials say he's fine and that they were just giving him a rest.  Westbrook says his surgically repaired knee is fine but they're are still things he has do as he rehabs the injury.

"Just strengthen it.  It's going to take time.  Your legs have to get stronger.  Your body.   All your muscles have to get used to working and get back going," said Westbrook.

Tipoff for Wednesday's game is 7:00.
