Rapper 2 Chainz is returning to Oklahoma City Tuesday night for a show at Chesapeake Arena.

The rapper last played in Oklahoma City on August 21 and was arrested by Oklahoma City Police early the next morning for obstruction of a police officer.

2 Chainz, aka Tauheed Epps, was arrested with 10 other men on August 22. An officer pulled his tour bus over just after midnight because of a faulty taillight. When the officer approached the bus, he reported smelling and seeing marijuana smoke.

The officer said he was not allowed on the bus, despite having probable cause to enter the vehicle.

When more officers arrived on scene, they once again tried to enter the bus but found a passenger, Abdullah Mujahid, sitting next to the locked door inside the bus. Officers ordered Mujahid to open the bus but say he shook his head and then held up a copy of the U.S. Constitution.

Police called the District Attorney to get a search warrant and, as they waited, towed the vehicle to a police lot. Police say all 11 men ignored a final order to exit the bus and remained on board as it was towed.

At 9:20 AM on August 22, police obtained a search warrant and the 11 men on board exited the bus.

2 Chainz and the ten other men on the bus were arrested. They were released the following day.

In September, 2 Chainz address his legal woes on MTV and said the whole incident was blown out of proportion and that police did not find anything illegal on board after getting a search warrant.

2 Chainz will open Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour Tuesday night at 8:00 PM.
