The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 37% of Americans feel zombies would do a better job running the country than the federal government and another 26% couldn't decide between the two.

The survey was conducted with 1,000 adults on October 29-30, 2013. Many Americans aged 18 to 64 expressed more confidence in zombies while seniors had more faith in the government.

The survey also found men were more likely than women to think zombies would do a better job running the country. Blacks were more than twice as likely as whites and other minority Americans to believe the government would do a better job than zombies.

Just 25% of voters were found to think the country is heading in the right direction.

A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for western Oklahoma until 11PM Wednesday.  As of now, no part of this watch covers any part of the Metro. A severe thunderstorm watch means conditions for severe thunderstorms are possible, and we've already seen a few storms in western Oklahoma this evening.
