Drowning reported at Lake Thunderbird

Drowning update: The body of the man who went into Lake Thunderbird has been located.  The medical examiner has been called to the scene. Fox 25 news will have more information when it becomes available.

 

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) is investigating a reported drowning at Lake Thunderbird.

OHP received a call about 6:00 p.m. from a woman saying her husband had fallen into the lake at the Little Axe boat ramp. A trooper was dispatched to the scene.

No further information is available at this time.
