Firefighter injured battling house fire in NW Oklahoma City

An Oklahoma City firefighter is injured while battling a house fire Tuesday morning.

Crews were called to a home in the 3100 block of NW 61st Terrace just before 11:30 Tuesday morning.

According to reports, the occupants inside the home were able to escape safely but a firefighter was injured while battling the flames. The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time but they are not believed to be life-threatening.
