OKLAHOMA CITY -

A Moore man was arrested by Oklahoma City Police Wednesday after police say he pulled over a motorcyclist using an app on his phone.

28-year-old Michael Railly was arrested on complaints of impersonating a police vehicle, assault and battery of a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and no state driver's license.  

According to police, Railly and another man, 33-year-old Joshua Sossaman, used an app that mimics police lights when they tried pulling over a motorcyclists late Wednesday night. An undercover officer from the police department's vice squad spotted the lights and knew it wasn't from a police car and put a stop to the cam.

When Railly was cuffed and put in the back of an actual police car, officers say he thrashed and kicked and officer who asked him to calm down. Sossaman was arrested for public drunkenness.
