OKLAHOMA COUNTY -

Motorists in northwest Oklahoma County are urged to avoid NW 206th street near Portland because of a sinkhole.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office posted a picture of the sinkhole that is taking up at least one lane on the two lane road.

Officials have closed the road in both directions in the area and it will remain closed until repairs are finished.

Anybody who takes this road on a regular basis is urged to find a different route.
