OSU-Lamar TV Plans Finalized

Oklahoma State's September 14th home opener against Lamar is set for TV.

The game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. and can be seen live in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas on FOX Sports Southwest/FS Oklahoma. The game will also be televised nationally on FOX College Sports.

The Cowboys will open up the season August 31st on ABC, when they face Mississippi State in Houston for a 2:30 p.m. kickoff. The next week, the Pokes will be featured on FOX Sports Net when they travel to San Antonio to play UTSA.

    Eddie Sutton has come up for inclusion to the Basketball Hall of Fame four times. And four times he has been denied the vote.
    Eddie Sutton has come up for inclusion to the Basketball Hall of Fame four times. And four times he has been denied the vote. Monday was the latest snub that the former college coach at Creighton, Arkansas, Kentucky and Oklahoma State has had to endure.

    Among those receiving the vote are Nolan Richardson, who like Sutton counts Arkansas as one of his coaching stops.

    The Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Detroit Pistons 112-111 to secure the second seed in the Western Conference Playoffs.
    The Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Detroit Pistons 112-111 to secure the second seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. It wasn't a pretty game for the Thunder but the bottom line is they got the win with Kevin Durant scoring a layup with :16 seconds left to give OKC the final victory margin.
