Two Oklahoma City residents are in Tulsa Police custody on human trafficking complaints.

Tulsa Police say Ronald Spivey, 47, and Kimberly Haven, 25 were arrested outside a restaurant at Admiral and Memorial in Tulsa on Tuesday.

According to police, an officer put an entry on a classified ad website and received a text "asking me to go to Florida or Vegas and make money." The officer responded to message and said he was as 17-year-old female and accepted the offer.

The officer set up a meeting with the two suspects and arrested Spivey and Haven when they arrived.

In the report, Haven told officers "she was recruiting girls to prostitute."

Police both booked into the Tulsa County jail. Bond for Spivey was set at $200,000 and for Haven it was set at $100,000.
