OKLAHOMA CITY -

The Oklahoma City Division of the FBI announced it has a 45-year-old man in custody for robbing three different banks.

Police say Dana Sommers was arrested around 10:00 PM in Midwest City Wednesday night by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force.

An outstanding warrant was issued charging Sommers for the robbery of MidFirst bank on E 21st street in Tulsa on June 27. Officials also believe he's responsible for robbing First Fidelity Bank at 700 SW 29th Street on June 18 and Bank of the West at 1600 SW 89th street on July 16.

A detective in the Tulsa Police Department recognized surveillance photos released following the Bank of the West robbery.

Sommers is expected to face federal bank robbery charges.
