OKLAHOMA CITY -

Investigators have identified the man killed while working at a southeast Oklahoma City landfill.

Police say Arlen Whittet, 56, was killed while working at the landfill at I-240 and S. Bryant around 8:30 Tuesday morning.

According to officials, Whittet was unloading pipe from a truck when he lost control of the load. The pipe came tumbling out of the truck and landed on top him, killing him.

Police say they do not expect foul play and are calling it a tragic accident.
