Meet The FOX 25 News Team

Phil CrossPHIL CROSS - Primetime Reporter

Phil Cross is Fox 25's Investigative Reporter. Phil joined the Primetime News at Nine after working at stations in Iowa, Kansas and his home state of Missouri. He graduated summa cum laude from Missouri Southern State University with a degree in communications and psychology. Phil also studied at the University of Cambridge in England. Phil has won multiple awards for his reporting, writing and editing.

Phil's first investigative journalist piece was for his high school paper, which won him a visit from the high school principal. The experience only fed his passion to find the facts and tell the stories not everyone wants told.

When he's not in the newsroom, you'll find Phil at home in his new home state. Phil met his wife at Fox 25, the two now live in Edmond with their daughter. Phil enjoys finding all of Oklahoma's off-the-beaten-path sites while enjoying the benefits of a vibrant city.

Phil is excited to be part of the Fox 25 team and looks forward to getting to know as many people in his new city as possible.
