Jeff George, current Children's Center volunteer and Chief Meteorologist for FOX 25, has been whipping up recipes with Oklahoma fire fighters for years on his Morning News cooking segment, Firehouse Favorites.
This unique cookbook features original recipes submitted by firemen and women from across the state, along with artwork from the Center's children and a few favorite recipes from their loving, caring staff. Hopefully, we'll be able to touch your heart and tempt your tummy!
There are 4 locations around the Oklahoma City Metro Area where you can pick up your cookbook:
There will be 3 participating Buy 4 Less stores at the following locations:
• Portland and NW Expressway, Oklahoma City
• NW 25th and Penn in Oklahoma City
• 15th and Post Road in Midwest City.
We'll be more than happy to ship a copy to you! Your book is $20. Please include an additional $5 for shipping and make a check or money order payable to The Children's Center. Place "Firehouse Cookbook" on the Memo line and please make sure that your RETURN ADDRESS is also included.
