Vandals Shoot Out Windows Across Chickasha
CHICKASHA, OK-- Chickasha Police arrest two juveniles possibly linked to the weekend crime spree. Officers received at least 40 reports this weekend of someone shooting out windows in the area.
"I'm really disappointed in some young people in Chickasha," said Abby Robnett, who fell victim in the crime spree.
Robnett says the vandals shot out her window while she was sleeping.
"If my child were to do something like that, oh my goodness," she exclaimed.
Robnett says the BBs were fired just a few yards from the window of her sons' bedroom.
"It's just ridiculous," she said.
Robnett's mother-in-law, Christy McDaniel has spent most of her life in Chickasha, she says she's never seen a crime spree like this in the area.
"I can't believe it," said McDaniel.
As Fox-25 crews drove through Robnett's neighborhood, crews found at least five cars with busted windows within a block from Robnett's home. McDaniel says as Chickasha Police investigate the string of crimes, she hopes justice will be served to the teenage suspects.
"They need to get out and do some work," she said, "hopefully not just a slap on the wrist and juvenile hall for a little while."
No word on what charges the suspects could face.

Search continues in creek for missing Okla. teen
May 25, 2013 22:59 GMT
KINGFISHER, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities continue to search for a Kingfisher teenager who disappeared after jumping into Uncle John Creek.
Police say 17-year-old Taylor Faine jumped into the creek Thursday and did not resurface. Kingfisher Fire Chief Randy Poindexter told The Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/10s2oB6 ) on Saturday that manmade dams have been built in hopes of finding Faine's body.
Authorities say Faine was swimming with friends in an area where no swimming signs are in place because of dangerous currents in the creek.
