Tulsa Police ID Women Found Dead In Tulsa Apartment
TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Tulsa police have released the identities of four women found shot dead in an apartment on the city's south side.According to officers, the dead included 23-year-old twin sisters and women ages 55 and 33. Police had previously said all the victims were in their teens and early 20s. The dead were identified Tuesday as: --23-year-old twins Rebeika Powell and Kayetie Melchor; --Misty Nunley, who was 33; and --Julie Jackson, who was 55. Police did not say whether Nunley or Jackson were related to the twins. The four were found dead Monday in the same unit at the Fairmont Terrace Apartments and a 4-year-old boy was found unharmed. Police have not identified a suspect and say it appears the killings took place between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Monday.

Okla. grand jury returns new charges on ex-judge

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury has returned new indictments against a former Lincoln County judge who already faces embezzlement and cattle theft charges.
The grand jury handed up the indictments Thursday against 47-year-old Craig S. Key of Chandler.
Key turned himself in last month to Lincoln County authorities who set bond at $10,000.
One indictment accuses Key of harboring a fugitive by allegedly encouraging a client facing criminal charges in Lincoln and Jefferson counties to flee the state to avoid prosecution.
Another charges Key with five counts of delivery of a forged note and accuses him of forging the name of a woman whose signature was required on escrow account checks that Key was also required to sign.
Key's attorney, Cheryl Ramsey of Stillwater, says the additional indictments are no surprise.
