Dog Snatching Caught on Tape
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK-- Sandra Moon's heart aches each time she looks at pictures of he 11-month old yorkiepoo, Lucy Lulu. "This is my baby," she said, showing Lucy's picture, "and I need her home, I need her home." Moon says Lucy disappeared on New Year's Day. Surveillance video from Moon's property manager shows Lucy walking behind a white Chevy Impala parked outside the retirement community where Moon lives in Southwest Oklahoma City. The video shows a man in a grey hooded sweatshirt snatched Lucy, and backed out of the parking lot. Moon says she was inside her apartment getting her coat when the suspect grabbed Lucy. "To have her gone like this has been terrible on me," said Moon. "It was a horrible, horrible thing they've done to her," said Rhonda Wood, Moon's daughter. Wood says Lucy's disappearance has been hard on the whole family. "It's heartwrenching," said Wood, "I mean my mother has been through a lot, and I do not like to see my mother go through this." Moon and her family have posted flyers across the metro asking for help finding Lucy. Moon is offering a $300 reward for Lucy's safe return. Call 405-639-4380 if you can help. Tornado watch issued for much of Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Storm Prediction Center in Norman has issued a tornado watch for much of Oklahoma.
The watch is in effect until 11 p.m. Sunday and covers central and eastern Oklahoma, including the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metro areas.
Forecasters say there is a risk of severe thunderstorms and very large hail with the developing storm system.
The risk for tornadoes is expected to increase into the evening, especially in eastern Oklahoma.
Forecasters say a few strong tornadoes are possible, as are long-track supercell thunderstorms.
