Man Sentenced to 8 Years for Ponzi Scheme
A U.S. District Judge sentenced Joseph Sivigliano, 80, for a ponzi scheme out of Bethany. Sivigliano will have to serve eight years in prison, three years in supervised release after that, and pay back more than $2.2 million in restitution to investors. A jury found Sivigliano guilty of 46 counts during his April trial.
Evidence shows Sivigliano ran a fake charity in Bethany from 2005 to 2007. He received about $3.8 million from investors in Oklahoma and out-of-state. He told them the money helped Helping Hearts and Hands, Inc., a charity that made real estate investments to benefit philanthropic ventures. Investors lost about $1.7 million to the scheme.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma medical examiner's office says it has positively identified all 24 people killed in the tornado that ripped through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore, including 10 children:
