Del City Officer to Stand Trial for Shooting Death
Del City Police Officer Randy Harrison will stand trial for the shooting death of 18 year old Dane Scott, Jr. Scott was shot following a chase that occurred on March 14th. Harrison is charged with manslaughter in the first degree. Harrison's pretrial will be held on October 5th.

Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury to convene

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury is preparing to convene to hear presentations on potential criminal prosecutions.
The panel is to meet Tuesday through Thursday at the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office.
Officials don't publicly release which cases are going before the grand jury. The panel can investigate criminal matters in all 77 counties.
The grand jury meets monthly.
