Towns enforce water restrictions
The city of Edmond is currently in Phase II of Mandatory Water Conservation. City Officials say Edmond water usage doubles during the hot months, and it has been having to purchase water from Oklahoma City to meet the demand. Phase II means every home must follow specific guidelines when it comes to outdoor watering. Homes with addresses ending in 0 can only water on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Homes ending in 1- Thursday and sunday. 2- Friday and Sunday. 3- Monday and Saturday. 4- Tuesday and Saturday. 5- Friday and Sunday. 6- Thursday and Sunday. 7- Wednesday and Saturday. Also, from seven p.m. to Midnight every night, outdoor watering is restricted. Code Enforcement says this gives the reserves a chance to build back up. If you do not comply with these rules, you could receive a $250 fine for every day you do not comply. Code Enforcement officials told Fox 25's Kisha Henry- the enforcement starts with a warning, left at your door.

Official: 2nd person killed by Oklahoma tornado

SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) -- Oklahoma's state medical examiner's office says a second person was killed by a tornado that leveled a central Oklahoma mobile home park.
Office spokeswoman Amy Elliott on Monday identified the two people who are confirmed to have been killed during Sunday's storms as 79-year-old Glen Irish and 76-year-old Billy Hutchinson. Both men were from Shawnee.
One of several tornadoes that touched down in parts of the nation's midsection on Sunday leveled the Steelman Estates Mobile Home Park near Shawnee.
It wasn't immediately clear if both victims lived at the mobile home park.
