Man Charged With Threats Against Church now Charged with Indecent Exposure
EDMOND - A man charged with making threatening claims against a church is now charged with indecent exposure.
Edmond Police say 18-year-old Michael Moon was the man who exposed himself to children at a park in February.
Police say a woman was running in Whispering Heights Park when she saw a man fondling himself 20 feet away from a group of children playing in the park. The woman chased after the man, but he was able to get away before police arrived.
Moon was arrested March 5th after he walked into the First Presbyterian Church and made threatening statements.
He reportedly told two members of the church "they were going to hell" and he was going to kill them, not literally, but figuratively. He also told them he was not Jesus Christ but was acting for Jesus. He said the church was evil and full of sinners and he was going to kill them all.
Both victims said Moon never showed a weapon but he was wearing baggy clothes and they thought he might have one.
Moon is now facing an indecent exposure charge along with his felony assault and making threats to kill charges.
Moon will be in court March 27th.

Search continues in creek for missing Okla. teen

KINGFISHER, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities continue to search for a Kingfisher teenager who disappeared after jumping into Uncle John Creek.
Police say 17-year-old Taylor Faine jumped into the creek Thursday and did not resurface. Kingfisher Fire Chief Randy Poindexter told The Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/10s2oB6 ) on Saturday that manmade dams have been built in hopes of finding Faine's body.
Authorities say Faine was swimming with friends in an area where no swimming signs are in place because of dangerous currents in the creek.
