Convicted Felon Meeting to Have Sex with "14-year-old" Instead Lands in Jail
Arthur Been, Jr. was arrested when he went to meet up with the girl for sex. Instead, he met with undercover deputies who cuffed him instead.
The Canadian County Sheriff's Office arrested the 38-year-old Monday after he responded to an online advertisement from an undercover deputy posing as a 14-year-old girl.
