Still no Cause in Deadly Plane Crash
A National Transportation Safety Board report says investigators do not have the exact cause of a deadly plan crash.
The crash killed Oklahoma State University Women's basketball coach Kurt Budke, his assistant coach Miranda Serna, the pilot Olin Branstetter and his wife Paula on November 17th, 2011.
According to the Associated Press, the NTSB report says investigators were unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the crash.
The probable cause report, released Wednesday, blamed the pilot's loss of control of the aircraft. It also says investigators couldn't determine why pilot Olin Branstetter lost control of the plane that was traveling from Stillwater to Little Rock for a recruiting trip.
According to the Associated Press, An earlier report found the plane had been inspected about a week before it crashed.
Investigators have said most of the plane's cockpit instruments were unreadable, unreliable or destroyed in the crash.

WikiLeaks case file fight moves to federal court

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- The WikiLeaks organization and a handful of journalists are asking a federal judge in Baltimore to order greater transparency in the court-martial of an Army private who has acknowledged sending reams of classified documents to the WikiLeaks website.
The Center for Constitutional Rights, representing WikiLeaks and its founder, Julian Assange, filed the lawsuit Wednesday in U.S. District Court. It seeks an order requiring timely public access to documents in the court-martial of Pfc. Bradley Manning.
Manning's 3-year-old espionage case is headed for trial next month. Many records of the pretrial proceedings remain secret because the military contends the First Amendment doesn't require it to provide prompt public access to court-martial documents.
The military's highest court rejected the transparency case in April and suggested it belonged in civilian court.
