LUNCH LINK: Cool Ranch Doritos Tacos
One year after the popular Doritos Locos Tacos hit Taco Bell, the restaurant chain is a 'cool' plan.
Taco Bell will release a Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco. The company gave a huge hint Wednesday that a release could be coming by posting a picture of a taco, as well as packaging for Doritos Cool Ranch on its Facebook page and its Twitter page, saying "Anything could happen in 2013."
It's no surprise the Cool Ranch flavored Doritos Locos Taco could be in the works. In August, the Orange County Register reported that Taco Bell was testing out other flavors of the Locos Tacos shell, including Cool Ranch. Also Taco Bell CEO Greg Creed openly talked about adding two new Taco Bell dishes in 2013.
"The runway for [Doritos Locos Tacos] is massive," the Associated Press quoted Creed as saying.
The Doritos Locos Taco that Taco Bell introduced in 2012 is wildly successful and is the company's best-selling new product ever with over 200 million sold.

Okla. grand jury returns new charges on ex-judge

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma's multicounty grand jury has returned new indictments against a former Lincoln County judge who already faces embezzlement and cattle theft charges.
The grand jury handed up the indictments Thursday against 47-year-old Craig S. Key of Chandler.
Key turned himself in last month to Lincoln County authorities who set bond at $10,000.
One indictment accuses Key of harboring a fugitive by allegedly encouraging a client facing criminal charges in Lincoln and Jefferson counties to flee the state to avoid prosecution.
Another charges Key with five counts of delivery of a forged note and accuses him of forging the name of a woman whose signature was required on escrow account checks that Key was also required to sign.
Key's attorney, Cheryl Ramsey of Stillwater, says the additional indictments are no surprise.
