The John Marshall Bears have turned to a former Millwood Falcon to be their head football coach.
Rashaun Woods has been hired as the Bears coach. 
Woods was an All America receiver at Oklahoma State and first round NFL Draft pick in 2004.
Woods has had assistant coaching stops at Millwood and Star Spencer High School.
He thinks his inner city ties will help him on the job.Woods gets a shot
