When former Oklahoma Sooners' kicker Garrett Hartley clinched the New Orleans Saints trip to the Super Bowl he was cool about and relaxed. Up in the stands at the Louisiana Super Dome it was a different story. Hartley's mom, Cookie, was praying and once her son converted that no doubter between the uprights the celebration was on. She said it was "surreal!" Yeah, I would say so. Her son just helped the Saints beat the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship game. Better yet, that clinched the Saints 1st trip to the Super Bowl in the franchises' 43-year history.
