Video Games Improve Relations Between Teenagers and Parents
New research shows playing video games can improve relations between teenagers and parents. Researchers at OU's College of Medicine found "exergaming" boosts confidence and psychological well-being in overweight teens. "Exergames" include titles like Dance Dance Revolution. Researchers held a press conference Monday afternoon to discuss their findings.
