Chef Mee Recipe: Jamaican Jerk Pork Pork Loin 2 Pounds Jalapenos 6 ea Thyme 2 tbs Cinnamon 1.5 tsp Clove 1.5 tsp Nutmeg 1.5 tsp Black Pepper 1.5 tsp Garlic 10 cloves Onion, diced 2 cup Sugar 2 Tbs Salt 2 Tbs Oil 0.50 c Soy Sauce 0.50 c Line Juice 2 Tbs Orange Juice 1 c Vinegar 1 c Preparation Cut the pork Loin into slices which are approx. 1/4" in thickness. Blend all of the ingredients (excluding the pork) in a blender to make the jerk sauce. Rub the sauce in to the meat. Leave the pork in the fridge to marinade overnight. Cooking Grill the meat slowly until cooked, turning regularly.
